Washington Middle and Barton Junior High students in grades 5-8 must keep their devices off and stored away, with usage ONLY allowed after school and outside the building.
El Dorado High school students (grades 9-12) may use phones before school, during lunch, and after school but not during class or class changes.
Violations will result in escalating penalties, including confiscation and possible suspension.
