Northwest celebrated Read Aloud Day will some special readers. During the morning announcements, students were able to listen to Mr. Odom read Mrs. Tacky is Late. It was a story about a principal being late to school, and the school carried on like a normal day.
Mrs. Sartain's class was able to listen to The World Needs More Purple Schools read by Mr. Tucker. Students learned what it takes to make a positive impact on the world by being them.
