Students in Ms. Escamilla's Science class dissected lilies from a local flower shop in order to identify the parts and sort them onto their lab sheets. They also drew their own flowers and labeled their parts!

Washington Middle School experienced minimal damage to part of a building's roof today during the weather.
No one was hurt, and all classrooms have been relocated to vacant classrooms.


May 13th by 3pm will be our last AR reward cut off. Students who have 300 or more points by this date will receive a special preview of our new and improved Maker Space. They will get to participate in an AWESOME Maker Space party!

Students in Mrs. Hickmott’s classes met with group members today to develop a collective statistical question. They will collect data for this question, decide on the best graph to represent their data, and create a presentation for their classmates.




Ms. Escamilla's Agriculture Engineering class adopted a cow back in November named Dot from the Bunse Diary farm in Cosby, Missouri. Yesterday they joined a live tour and were able to ask questions about the farm!
