Quest Guild: Interested in playing Dungeons and Dragons? First session will be this Friday after school from 3:25 to 5:00 in Ms. Leake's room, 2708. We will go over rules and you can sign up to join a session. All those interested in hosting a game meet in room 2708 after school this Thursday.
Technical Student Association: ANY student interested in Computer Science and Engineering are welcome to attend an informative meeting Thursday, August 26th in Mrs. Johnson's classroom. Room number 2305 at 7:30 am.
Senior Class: If you want to join SR Steering Committee, there will be a table set up this week during all three lunch shifts where you can pay your dues to become a member. Dues are $10, CASH only

Students should report to homerooms as normal for teachers to collect papers and take roll and on their assigned class meeting day, the teachers should expeditiously and quietly lead their homeroom to the auditorium.

Murphy USA is hosting a Junior Golf Clinic as a part of the El Dorado Shootout, an official event on the Symetra Tour. The clinic will be held Monday, September 20th from 4:00-5:30pm at the Mystic Creek Golf Club. The clinic is free and open to ages 6-18. To sign up, visit eldoradoshootout.com/schedule/juniorclinic.

The annual Purple/White game is tonight at Memorial Stadium. Gates open at 5pm, and the Fun Run begins at 6pm. Admission is $5 for students and adults. Elementary students are free with a wristband and paid adult. AAA passes are accepted.

All El Dorado Public Schools dismiss at 2:25pm on Wednesdays.

The El Dorado Football Booster Club will host the Purple/White Fun Run before the Purple/White game this Friday, August 20th at Memorial Stadium. The gates open at 5pm and the festivities begin at 6pm. Go Cats!

WOA Families - Remember you can reserve meals to pick up each week for your students. Meals must be reserved by Monday of each week by filling out the form at http://bit.ly/ESDWOAMeals. Complete the form for each student in your home to receive 5 breakfasts and lunches per week.
All students must be up-to-date with their immunizations in order to start school on August, 17, 2021. If you child is exempt from immunizations, a completed Immunization Exempt Form is required every year from the Arkansas Medical Director. The school nurse
must have an up to date immunization record or exempt form for every student.
Please take the time to read this and follow the proper steps to making sure your child is able to attend school this fall.
The 30th Annual School Supply Drive will be held this Saturday, August 14th from 8am-1pm at St. John Baptist Church. Several community partners have come together to bring school supplies, dental/personal hygiene products, and socks to the children of Union County. Thank you, Union County !
After thoughtful consideration and discussion, the El Dorado School Board has voted 4-3 to require masks, or other appropriate face coverings, for all persons present on school campuses or in school vehicles or buses, including staff, students, visitors, and others. This applies to inside only.
The school board will revisit the policy at each board meeting.

REMINDER: The El Dorado School District will be offering a COVID-19 vaccination clinic TOMORROW, August 11th from 8am-10am at El Dorado High School. Participants will enter through the arena.
The clinic is free to the public and available for anyone ages 12 and up. Each person, regardless of age, must sign a consent form. In order to prepare for the clinic, we are asking that participants register to ensure we have adequate supplies. Please register before 3pm today.
El Dorado School District will have a special called meeting on Wednesday, August 11th at noon. The meeting will be held at the El Dorado School District Administrative Office in the board room.
