Mrs. Phillips's Computer Science Essentials students have been learning about Raspberry Pi computers the last few weeks. The students learned that a raspberry pie can have programs downloaded, such as older Atari and Nintendo games. Students also learned that the Raspberry Pi is a very tiny computer and very economical in price. The Raspberry Pi is connected to a regular monitor and has adapters for input devices. Students also learned to challenge each other using Minecraft. The MU Editor programming environment was used to write text based programming for turtle graphics and creating shapes.

Tomorrow is the last FAFSA Friday! Make plans to attend!

Attention Students! Digital portraits are hanging in the glass cases around school. Stop by and check your photo/name this week. If you see any errors, complete the form Mrs. Cross sent to your email.
