Big news! EHS was represented by several students today at the Special Olympics Skills and Team Skills Tournament in Magnolia.
The Varsity United team won 1st place, JV placed 4th and Powercats United placed 2nd.
Special thanks to the EHS Baseball team for their help.

Mark your calendars! Next week starts our extended day on Wednesdays. We will release at 2:30 for 6 consecutive Wednesdays to replace 1 missed instructional day due to our closures in January for inclement weather.

Mrs. Antoon's Introduction to Education class visited Yocum Primary on Friday. While at Yocum, our EHS students were able to earn practicum hours required for the college credit they will receive from this course.
These students have studied lesson plan structures, philosophies on education, different learning styles, Science of Reading training, and completed FERPA training.
Students in Mrs. King's AP Physics 1 class collected data to see how different bumpers affect the impulse and force received by a car during a collision.
An important announcement from the transportation department: TOMORROW, Wednesday, Feb 14, rt #15 will not run its MORNING route. This route affects all campuses as it is a county route.
EHS named a Student of the Month, a Teacher of the Month, and a Staff Member of the month. These Wildcats were nominated and selected by the staff at EHS for their character, work ethic, and representation of EHS.
